Long Metric
– Shoot over 2 distances
– 6 dozen arrows, 3 dozen at each distance
– 122cm target face
– 10 Zone Scoring

Long Metric Rounds:
– Long Metric = 90 and 70 Meters
– Long Metric I = 70 and 60 Meters
– Long Metric II = 60 and 50 Meters
– Long Metric III = 50 and 40 Meters
– Long Metric IV = 40 and 30 Meters
– Long Metric V = 30 and 20 Meters
